There are at least three ways for founders to get out of their own way. You’ve probably heard the “Founder became a bottleneck!” phrase… If you feel that way, you have options:
1) The structural / ops and systems answer: build systems and processes so that the business doesn’t need you.
2) The technological / AI answer: replace the functions with automation so that you are not the constraint.
3) The personal / identity + strategic answer: sometimes the bottleneck isn’t the systems or the tech. Yet. It’s that the next chapter asking for a different version of yourself.
