How the right support can make all the difference

Scenario 1: A founder has a mentor helping them navigate personal change and figure out what’s next. And a business strategist helping them hit the next goal, or to untangle the complexity that piled up from reactive decisions.

Often, the personal and business agendas are at odds to begin with.

And then, the founder is the one left sitting with the aftermath of both while also figuring out what it all means in practice, and then translating it into direction their team can actually act on.

Scenario 2: A founder works with one expert who operates at the intersection, who sees the whole picture and understands the nuances of business, home, life.

And it’s that expert who also works with the team to ensure the execution moves forward without falling back on the founder.

I’ve been the founder in both scenarios. And I’ve been the expert on the other side of the table.

So I can tell you from both seats how hard it is to truly help a client when your scope is limited to one facet, but you can see the decision has far bigger implications than the single lane you were given.

I also remember a client’s exhale of relief because three meetings turned into one. Her time, energy, and capacity were given back to her.

A handful of spaces open for fall, if this is what you’ve been looking for.
