How to get through a tough season with a business to run

When navigating life’s hardest curveballs leaves you feeling deflated, exhausted, heavy and foggy, people react differently.

Some curl up into a cocoon, waiting to feel inspired, aligned in manifestation, and hoping to get back in touch with themselves in order to function in their business again.

Some realize they don’t get to retreat and so they show up every day, no matter what. Maybe they make adjustments to their schedule, maybe tweak their model to get the most from the least.

Some decide to prioritize their capacity and bring in a fractional leader to hold the wheel for a while. The business keeps running and supporting them while they find their footing.

I am not judging which one is the right or better way, because that is a decision only the founder can make for themselves.

One costs invaluable time, one requires enormous sweat equity, and one asks for financial commitment.

All three require trust.

I have been in all three situations as a founder.
I have supported clients through every scenario, in different capacities.

I also know how to help get you through any one, with the level and type of support that meets you where you are.
